My name is Sheila Vance & I am the Property Manager for Dewberry Downs Townhouse Apartments in Hoover. I am writing this on behalf of my parents, Milton & Nell Smith and myself.
A couple of weeks ago, my parents who live here at Dewberry where bothered by a pesky rat who had decided to take up residency where he was not welcome. We tried everything we could to take care of the problem internally, but with no luck.
We had used Critter Control in the past with great success so we gave you a call again. J.D. was sent out to access the situation and set traps. Within a couple of days, the problem was solved!
J.D. was so professional and kind to my parents. He explained about rats & mice, what to look for, how they could get in. He inspected the town home from basement to attic and kept us informed with what he found. He also came back when he said he would. This meant a lot to my parents as well as myself. J.D. took the time to reassure them that he would be successful.
Mr. Hartman, I deal with contractors on a daily basis in the apartment industry. I must say that this was the easiest call I have ever made! I will not hesitate to call your company again for any "critter" problems & I will recommend your company (& J.D.) highly.

I have been a customer of yours for the last 16 years and I appreciate the job you do, as I know nothing about fertilizer and weed control.
The only thing that has consistently plagued me concerning the yard is mole damage. This past fall I called your office to see if your staff knew anyone who could help me with this problem. Fortunately I spoke with someone (I wish I remembered her name) who knew of a company called Critter Control. I contacted Doug Hartman at Critter Control and he had mole traps set in my yard the next day. I have tried every product on the market to get rid of these moles and nothing did the least bit of good.
My purpose in writing is to both thank you for having knowledgeable staff who gave me the recommendation and to encourage you to refer people with mole problems to Critter Control. So glad I found you. We had another company come out and try to fix our problem without any luck. Chris came out and found what they had missed on 4 attempts within a very short time. He caught the squirrel in one day and repaired the hole.
